An increasing number of individuals are finding themselves overwhelmed by their emotions. You’re invited to our November General Meeting featuring Dr. Neil Nedley, MD, who will discuss this topic and shares insights on how successful and happy individuals handle their emotions. He will also explore whether it’s possible to learn these emotional management skills and, if so, how to go about it.
