Yes, it’s about the when: 10/04/2025 at 10:00 am. The where: Seal Point Park. And the what: NAMIWalks San Mateo. But the real draw, the biggest appeal of our community’s celebration of Mental Health for All is the who.

You are NAMIWalks. And so is your family member or friend. Or a future friend, for that matter. Each one of you can proudly wear the 2025 participant T-shirt that says I am NAMIWalks and a smile that says We are NAMIWalks. “We,” the first two letters in welcome. No matter where you’re coming from, where you’re going, or what you’re up to before and after the event. No matter your background, if you care about moving the needle of mental wellness here in our community and beyond, you are welcome.
